Training, consultation, recommendations, massage, equipment and resources are provided in good faith and based upon professional development, field experience, organizational guidelines and research. No claims are ever made to indicate veterinary knowledge, application or diagnosis. Massage is never a substitute for veterinary medicine. It is recommended that massage is sought with the approval of your veterinarian. If your animal appears to be sick or injured, please see your veterinarian as soon as possible As each dog is an individual with a specific history, temperament and breed, Fido Can Q cannot be held liable for emergency situations and/or the unsupervised execution of our recommendations. Fido Can Q cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during training (to person or canine) or during usage of purchased equipment as canine (and human!) behavior can be unpredictable depending on ecological variables. Fido Can Q maintains a no refund policy on all goods, training and services. Fido Can Q maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy for all training and massage sessions. If 24 hour cancellation notice is not provided, Fido Can Q reserves the right to bill for the missed session(s.)
